Day 4

Decided to go ahead and blog about this diet, since I've done it for the others, and THIS one is going to work. So this is day 4, but feels like only day 2 to me, since the first two days were my loading days. I felt ok after day 1, and on the 2nd morning hadn't gained but 1 pound, which was FINE BY ME! But by the end of the second day I'd read more and decided I needed to eat more fat, and we ate Mexican for lunch and I made fettuchini alfredo with tons of garlic bread for dinner, and I felt TERRIBLE by the evening. Yuck. So this morning I'm at 186.8, which is down a little over 5 pounds from my highest weight, but it doesn't feel like much when it's still around where I was before I had my piggy weekend!!

Breakfast yesterday was an apple and tea. Felt just fine!
Lunch: shrimp on wilted cabbage
Dinner: baked chicken (foil recipe) with 10 asparagus spears.

Only a little bit of hunger, and I did NOT drink enough water! By around 1 I'd had 32 ounces, and then drank several glasses of ice tea, so I was in the bathroom every couple minutes! It was driving me crazy! I'm hoping my body gets used to it, because it takes a lot of time to pee 4 times an hour!

All in all happy with it, the food was great, I enjoyed both recipes I tried, and will work on some new ones today-I need to be able to make some stuff ahead of time...

Am not used to counting calories, either, but it's kind of a challenge.
