Day 15

I'm DONE! Just can't do it anymore. :( Bummer, I really wanted to complete the 21 days, but I just don't have it in me this time.

I'm going eat normal portions, though, that seems to have finally clicked. If I'm having a meal that I really enjoy, I'll eat it for leftovers the next meal. Or I'll make it again next week. But I HAVE to be able to eat normal portions and get down to a good weight for my height. I will continue to keep track of my weight here, so that I can SEE where I'm at, if anything needs adjusting.

ACK! I wanna eat!! I AM actually hungry right now--because I haven't juiced this noon. I'll be ok if I just do it. But I REALLY want to EAT something. Gahhhhhh!!!

Day 8

Eeek! Really slowing down on the weight loss. MUST jumpstart today. Going to dance this morning with Maise, and going to drink TONS of water. Go go go go!!!

No dancing today. Tuesdays are crazy. Made acorn squash and butternut squash (with a little zucchini and spinach thrown in for green) puree for dinner tonight. Ick. Just like the rest.

Day 3

Doing and feeling ok. I can't seem to get every single supplement in--every 2 hours to drink that is a LOT! Today when I got home from church I juiced, and then worked in the kitchen until dinner! Yikes. I missed BOTH the 2:30 and the 4:30 drinks! I MUST drink more water, too. I've done the dancing video twice, and it's working! My leg and backside muscles are sore!! Maisie does a little bit of it with me, but doesn't think it's so fun...

Day 2

Didn't lose as much in the first day as last time...although last time I walked religiously, and yesterday I didn't. Am going to do a dance DVD this morning, see if Maisie will do it with me. :)

Everything else yesterday went fine--I remember thinking that every two hours went by really quickly and it felt like I was always drinking something, and the same thing was true yesterday, in fact, I didn't eat "dinner" until about 8. Got caught up slicing and dicing peaches to put into the dehydrator. The pureed soup was just as nasty as I remember! YUCK! It actually smelled good all day long, and then when I pureed in and tried to eat it, blech!

And oops! Just now remembered that I forgot to take the Aloe Vera vitamin before bed. Maybe I should put that bottle in with my toothbrush.

Ok, on to the day! (I did seem to have loads of energy yesterday!! Got lots of stuff done around here.)

Day 1

Here I go again!!!

I woke up this morning and decided that today was going to be Day 1 again. And blogging keeps me motivated! (and I'm blog deprived since my 365 photo isn't going anywhere) We're awake early on an early weekend-Greg has Friday off this week-Calvin woke up later than usual, 6am today. Thanks, kid! But Maisie's been up since 7 wanting to watch tv.

So I'm enjoying my tea. Yum. Greg and Maisie are talking crepes.

I like how my weight is 1/10 of a pound off of what it was when I started this last time.
